CUSTOM MADE – IMPLEMENTATION TERMS
1. Communication
The customer completes a form or sends a message with:
- colors
- dimensions
- use
- reference photos
2. Video Call or Phone Meeting
15-20 minutes is sufficient. This way we clarify:
✔ what the customer really wants
✔ what I can manufacture
✔ cost
✔ delivery time
3. Design Approval
I send:
• sketch
• fabric photo
• material photo
and write:
“With confirmation of the following proposal, product manufacturing begins.”
4. Deposit ONLY FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
✔ 50% DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT BEFORE SHIPPING THE ORDER
Personalized Orders
Personalized or custom-made products are created exclusively upon customer request and in accordance with the specifications agreed upon before manufacturing begins.
For this reason, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not accepted after the product manufacturing has started.
Colors
Minor color variations may occur due to different screen settings or the nature of the materials.
Size
Each product is handmade and may present minor variations that are a characteristic of its uniqueness.
Manufacturing Time
Manufacturing times are indicative and may vary during periods of increased workload.
Delivery with Visible Damage
In case the packaging is received with visible damage, please immediately inform the shipping company and SAMIOTI PROJECT.
