At SAMIOTI PROJECT we create each product with care and attention to detail. If you nevertheless wish to return or exchange a product, please read the following policy carefully.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the product purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must:

• be in its original condition,
• not have been used,
• not have been damaged,
• be accompanied by its packaging and accompanying documents.

Before any return, please contact SAMIOTI PROJECT via email or phone.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, the purchase amount is refunded to the customer using the same payment method used at purchase.

The refund is processed within a reasonable time from receipt and inspection of the product.

Shipping costs for the original order are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error by SAMIOTI PROJECT or a defective product.

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in excellent condition, with no signs of use.

In case of an exchange due to the customer’s personal choice, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In this case, all return and reshipping costs are covered by SAMIOTI PROJECT.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• personalized products manufactured upon special order,
• products manufactured or modified according to customer specifications,
• earrings or other products excluded for hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed or used.

Pick-up from the Store

Customers can make exchanges and returns directly at the store by prior arrangement, without incurring shipping costs.
