RETURNS GUIDE: HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Would you like to return a product you purchased? The process is simple and can be completed in 4 steps.

⚠ Important Clarification

The following procedure applies exclusively to standard, ready-made products available in our store.

Custom-made products (made to special order / following a video call) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law and cannot be returned.

Step 1: Check the Return Conditions

Before starting the return process, please make sure that:

• No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the day you received your order.
• The product is in its original condition and has not been used, washed, or damaged.
• The original packaging and all product tags are intact.

Step 2: Complete the Withdrawal Declaration

You can notify us of your intention to return a product in one of two ways:

1. Online: Complete the online [Withdrawal Form] available on our website.
2. Printed Form: Download the [Withdrawal Form PDF], print and complete it, and include it inside your return package.

Step 3: Send the Package

• Carefully pack the product, preferably in the original shipping box, to prevent damage during transportation.
• Include the retail receipt or invoice inside the package.
• Contact a courier company of your choice and send the package to:

Please note: The return shipping costs are borne entirely by you, the buyer.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

• Once we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the product within 2–3 business days.
• Provided that all return conditions are met, your refund will be issued within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• If you paid by Cash on Delivery, the refund will be deposited into the bank account (IBAN) provided on your Withdrawal Form.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

Applies to ALL products

If the product you received — whether standard or custom-made — is defective or if we made an error with your order:

1. Contact us at +30 697 406 5166 or info@samiotiproject.gr within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Send us a photograph clearly showing the defect.
3. In this case, the return and replacement — or correction in the case of a custom-made product — will be carried out completely free of charge, and all shipping costs will be covered by us.
